The learning experience challenges participants to lead and develop the health system to achieve maximum profitability and productivity by better understanding where costs are incurred, revenue created, and deploying company resources more efficiently. Through the use of a simulation, participants will work in teams to manage a typical healthcare organization discovering how investments in internal systems, cross functional expertise, shorter decision making paths, faster service, better planning and lower fixed cost contribute to financial success.
